BanksBank has around 450 Russian and foreign banks as its clients, some of those are in world TOP-10. Today there are 138 banks in the company's database of banks for sale.
The main services: banks sale, choosing a bank for purchase/merger/investment, deal brokerage, legal support for a new bank registration.
BanksBank is also famous for its analytical annual Review of the Market of sales/purchases, mergers and acquisitions of Russian Banks. The Review is published each year in April, after the deals pertaining to the reviewed year are closed.
